Meet the dedicated individuals
supporting Arizona students.
Katie is passionate about supporting children and families. She spent six years with Child and Family Support Services, applying Positive Behavioral approaches, earning certifications in FBA and Trauma-Informed Care, and managing programs for high needs youth and those transitioning from foster care. She also developed an integrated health care model to help families bridge behavioral and physical health, guided by her belief that families are the experts in their own lives.

A licensed clinical psychologist, Lee also maintained a private practice for decades. She continues to teach at Arizona State University.
Hope Morgan
Secretary
With an MSW from Arizona State University, Sabrina worked in children’s social services for five years. She also owned and operated her own health and wellness company for ten years.
Sandy Price, JD, Ph.D.
Board Member
Sandra (Sandy) Price has spent the majority of her career as a public service professional, serving in both paid and volunteer roles in the public and non-profit sectors. Dr. Price has consulted in the nonprofit sector on capacity building, board development, ethical engagement, collaboration, business modeling and advocacy. Prior to 2006, as a practicing lawyer, she represented clients at the legislature and public agencies, and trained management professionals in conflict management, mediation and Title VII.

Marc S. Walter, Ph.D.
Board President
Dr. Walter maintained a private practice in clinical neuropsychology for decades. In retirement, he joins his wife, Lee Spencer, in pursuing the goal of eliminating school meal debt for Arizona families.
Hope retired from over 40 years of public service in Texas, where she held multiple leadership positions in technology management. She also served as a director on multiple boards whose focuses ranged from music outreach to technology education. She enjoys sharing her gifts and helping others.
